We are currently looking for Engineering Business Manager located in France.

ROLE:
Business management:

- Ensure the development of the business unit by defining a business plan and development strategy.
- Create new commercial opportunities by finding new customers.
- Prospect new business clients with current clients.
- Optimize business profitability.
- Closing bids on service-based contracts (fixed price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or time-based contracts (consultant delegation).
- Participate in and perform drafting of bids, reports, etc.
- Support in achieving business objectives and proactive development of corrective actions.

Project Management:

- Monitor projects, ensuring client satisfaction and consultant success;
- Mobilize consultants according to the appropriate skills needed on each project;
- Monitor the financial status of the activity.
- Organize and coordinate business relationships with partners.

Recruitment:

- Participate in the recruitment attraction policy.
- Select and recruit new consultants for the team.
- Phone technical interviews.
- Be in charge of the consultant's professional development (annual review, training).

**Requirements**:
What are we looking for?
- Degree/Master's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and/or Computer Science or related.
- Interest in the business area and Engineering.
- Languages: French C1-C2; English: B2-C1.
- Good command of Excel and CRM.
- Experience: 3 years
- Immediate incorporation; full time

Interpersonal skills: proactivity, autonomy, organizational skills, teamwork, ability to learn quickly, good communication and persuasion skills.
