**About the Sales Opportunities**:
Depending on your background and strengths, you could be matched to one of the following tracks:
**Inbound Sales** - Engage with leads who are already interested in SumUp. Understand their needs and recommend the best-fit solutions from our ecosystem.
**Outbound Sales** - Reach out to existing or potential merchants to introduce and upsell our tools, helping them get the most out of SumUp.
**What You'll Be Doing**: Speak with small business owners to learn about their needs and recommend tailored SumUp solutions
Build trust through consultative selling and great serviceIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell (POS, invoicing, payments & more)Manage your leads and pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with teams like Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to create a seamless merchant experience
**You'll Be Great for This If You Have**: 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (bonus if it's phone-based)
Experience as an SDR or in inbound/outbound sales is a strong plus
- Fluent in **French** and **English**
A proactive attitude, great communication skills, and a drive to hit (and exceed) targets
- Curiosity and a desire to grow in the fintech space
