**Your Role** Scope of the Role**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- **Innovation**:

- Drive new Process & Technology development innovation project internally (green extraction, encapsulation...) and with external partners (Universities, Companies...).
- **Partners & Customers Support**:

- Lead the process & product development team for current product lines (partners with Innovation lead and business managers).
- Supervise as required process & product development within Naturals R&D (Fruits, Vegetable, Chicken...).
- **External Operations management**
- Support the existing and develop network of industrial tollers (best practices, contract, continuity plan, cost optimization...).
- Accountable for the deliverables from our tollers.
- Coordinate production capacity optimization in and outside of Symrise (Drying capacity, extraction, etc...).
- **Innovation Partnership & M&A**:

- Support operational requirement & evaluation for strategic partners.
- Lead operational requirement in critical M&A.
- Scouting for new technologies.

**About You** Your profile**:

- Diploma in agro business, food science/technology or related field
- Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in the F&B, nutrition or health industry
- Experience in a people management role: at least 3 years
- Leadership, hands-on and business oriented
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Curious and pro-active mindset
- Regulatory knowledges on related products/markets
- Fluent in English mandatory, French and/or German an advantage
