Danfoss Commercial Compressors is seeking a strategic product line Controller to lead financial management for a dynamic, international business unit generating over 500 million EUR in annual revenue.

Based in Lyon France area, this key leadership role is responsible for financial stewardship, performance management, and strategic decision support.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Leadership and Business Partnership**
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to product line leadership, contributing to strategic planning, resource allocation and investment decisions
- Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and perspective planning process
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support commercial, operational and innovation strategies

**Performance management & reporting**
- Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting
- Analyze performance trends, risks and opportunities across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Drive performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations, R&D, quality, procurement and sales teams

**Controlling & Governance**
- Oversea financial control frameworks across multiple global manufacturing sites
- Lead a team of factory controllers, ensuring consistency and compliance with group policies, internal controls and local financial practices

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, coach and develop a geographically diverse controlling team
- Forster a high-performance culture and support continuous development

**Background & Skills**:

- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
- 10+ years of working experience in finance/controlling, including global manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site finance teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
