En tant qu'Adjoint PMO, vous êtes rattaché au Responsable Achat et Supply Chain et vous aurez comme missions principales de:

- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des différentes étapes des projets via l'outil Ms Project (suivi et simulations),
- Faire des simulations de délais lors de l'élaboration du devis pour le client, une fois la commande enregistrée, la suivre jusqu'à l'expédition vers le client via les outils informatiques en place et les réunions,
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires avec les interlocuteurs concernés (Chefs d'Équipe, Responsable de Service Production/Méthodes/Achats),
- Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction.

Vous disposez d'une formation technique de type Bac +3 minimum, idéalement en mécanique et avez une forte appétence pour la gestion des projets pluridisciplinaires.

De nature curieux, organisé et rigoureux, vous disposez d'un très bon sens relationnel et d'un esprit critique.
