In charge for design document reviews: manage the whole cycle internally and externally, make sure that all changes/comments are recorded and implemented according to standard processed
- Perform high level review of the documents: style, ensure comments are implemented, spelling
- Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes;
- Update plans and technical schemes;
- Set up and maintain files, registries and directories;
- Assist with data collection activities;
- Compile and process retrieved data and establish forecasts;
- Uphold the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, any otherregisters/logs delegated by the Project Manager;
- Assist with the compilation of reports, meeting minutes and assigning of tasks;
- Carry out configuration management and quality review procedures and processes;

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, out of which 1 year in IT project support.
- Prince 2 foundation qualifications or an equivalent industry standard project management methodology;
- Good knowledge of project management standards and techniques;
- Experience of taking minutes and actions in meetings, at all levels;
- Experience of supporting multiple projects and project managers;
- Experience of maintaining a configuration management system acting as configuration librarian;
- Experience of creating templates for common project documentation;
- Experience in the full end-to-end IT project life cycle.
- Good reporting methods;
- Good knowledge of project management standards, tools and techniques; Experience in managing risks, issues, quality and actions logs.
- Experience of taking minutes and actions in meetings, at all levels;
- Experience of supporting multiple projects and project managers;
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of an additional language (French and/or German), to contribute to the various teams', contractors', providers’ or other stakeholders' business relations would be a n asset.
