**The team you'll be part of**

Nokia Bell Labs is the world-renowned research arm of Nokia, having invented many of the foundational technologies that underpin information and communications networks and all digital devices and systems. This research has produced nine Nobel Prizes, five Turing Awards and numerous other awards.

The internship will take place in Nokia Bell Labs France.

The premises are located in Massy Palaiseau which is 20 km south from Paris (direct connexion using RER B).

**What you will learn and contribute to**

The internship is a golden opportunity to touch different challenges related to multi-cluster orchestration, Kubernetes abstraction, data stream process techniques etc. and interacting with highly motivated researchers working in that field.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Networking: LAN (Eth/Wi-Fi), IP network protocol stack
- Programming: Bash/Shell script, Python, GO
- Systems/Software: Linux, Docker containers, Kubernetes
- Develop, Build, Manage APIs
- Mathematical Optimization techniques

It would be nice if you also had:

- Knowledges in 5G architecture
- Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
- OpenShift
- Helm chart
