**Role: Voice/Telephony Network Engineer**

To join the Design and Engineering department, Voice/Telephony domain within the Network Services Department of the Carrefour group, we are looking for:An engineer to work on the design of Voice/Telephony network architectures. The engineer**will be responsible for**:

- Qualifying business needs and proposing technical solutions
- Testing and implementing models to validate the proposed solutions
- Supporting deployment teams during pilot phases
- Writing technical documentation (technical architecture documents, operating documents, acceptance specifications, etc.)
- Training operating teams on the solutions implemented
- Anticipating risk points in a project, interacting with different stakeholders in a project to reach the desired target
- Developing the infrastructure in place, migrating to SIP Trunk technologies and implementing Ucaas solutions

The engineer's main missions will be to monitor the following current and future projects:Support for the opening of warehouse/headquarters/hyper sites, qualification and writing of procedures for scalable and preventive maintenance, various projects around virtualization, mobility, IPPhone and Softphone, voice integration in Google suite or other Cloud solutions, evolution of IVRs, SIP Trunk, etc.**Required profileThe engineer must have knowledge and experience on the following products**:

- ABC_F2 Networko Call Centero Automatic Switchboardo Security (SSH - Radius - Encryption)o DECT IBS - RBS - IP
- Alcatel OXO Connect R.6 PABX
- Alcatel MV4645 Application
- Alcatel SoftPanel Application
- Alcatel Ticket Extractor Application
- Alcatel 8770 R5 Application
- Managemento Taxationo Traffic observationo Alarmso LDAP Directory
- ASC Telecom Type EVOip Communication Recorder
- Conviviance Interactive Voice Server
- SIP Protocol

An Alcatel OXE ACSE certification R100 and Alcatel 8770 R5 is a plus.**Deliverables**:

- Technical architecture documents, operating documents, detailed installation documents
