**THE TEAM**:
Join our dynamic TSE France team in Paris, where you'll collaborate with a team of developers to design and implement campaigns for our clients. As a Junior Front End Developer (internally known as Technical Support Engineer), you'll be part of the AB Tasty Clients Team and support our key accounts through various channels (web & web mobile) in order to use our conversion optimisation solution with maximum efficiency. You'll play a key role for the technical implementation of optimisation and personalisation campaigns that increase the conversion rate, improve the customer experience, and generate new leads for our clients. You will be mentored by our seasoned experts, and you'll have the freedom to innovate and contribute to AB Tasty's growth—making a real impact from day one

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Provide technical support in the implementation of A/B tests and personalisation campaigns, including dynamic content (e.g. Angular, React.js), custom JS scripts and integrations
- Manage and evaluate client requests and liaise with partner/product teams as required
- Analyse, identify and evaluate new optimisation opportunities from technical, analytical or qualitative sources
- Conduct campaign feasibility studies and propose the best solution to meet the client's needs within the capabilities of the tool
- Handle technical implementation of recommendation and/or merchandising blocks (Recos&Merch) for our clients.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- First experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS is essential
- Studies in web design, IT, usability/UX and development (especially with TypeScript) are a plus
- Passion for the field. Curiosity and willingness to learn about new web and online marketing technologies
- Team spirit. You are a team player who is willing to share ideas and experiences and bring constructive ideas to the team
- Fluency in English. Effective communication is a key aspect of this role. That's why you'll need to be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Other languages (e.g. Spanish, German or French) are a plus
