Formé et accompagné par votre responsable, vous interviendrez dans un environnement dynamique constamment soumis à de nouveaux challenges humain et technologique.

Un Team Manager est le garant de la performance de son centre de profit ainsi que du recrutement, du management et de la montée en compétence des Consultants (Ingénieurs & Techniciens) composant son équipe.

Il accompagne également la montée en compétence des Team Leaders intervenant au sein de la Technical Unit.

Le Team Manager développe les ventes et contribue à la fidélisation de son portefeuille client.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités sur la région Est & rattaché un Team Unit Manager, vous serez le responsable de la performance opérationnelle de votre équipe. Vous travaillerez donc sur le/la:

- Gestion du recrutement (Plan de recrutement prévisionnel et mise en place d’un vivier de talents) et du staffing de votre équipe de consultants avec le support de l’équipe Sales,
- Management opérationnel et hiérarchique, développement des compétences et évolution de carrière de votre équipe,
- Gestion opérationnelle et financière de votre centre de profit,
- Participation à l’avant-vente technique chez les clients/prospects, aux bid/no bid des appels d’offres sur projets à engagement et aux propositions techniques et financières,
- Construction et promotion de vos offres, ainsi que proposition de sujets d’innovation auprès de vos clients dans une logique d’upselling,
- Suivi et garantie de la performance des projets avec le support des Project Managers.

De formation ingénieur (bac+5), vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 3 ans minimum et avez exercé un métier d’ingénieur technique puis de chef de projet, avec encadrement d’importantes équipes d’ingénieurs.

Vous souhaitez orienter votre carrière vers le management de grandes équipes et travailler en interface avec des profils commerciaux et techniques.

Vous faites preuve de leadership et d’une grande aisance relationnelle et parlez anglais couramment.
