You lead the executive WW S&OP process for demand and inventory in collaboration with the regions; you define the objective in term of sales growth and target inventory. On a monthly basis; you consolidate the WW demand& forecast accuracy from the regions and control the inventory positioning.

The Sales & Operations planning is a strategic process which goal is to guaranty that the global network of plants, Rx labs, distribution sites and inventories is able to serve our customers with the expected level of performance in quality and costs. It covers the WW sales (640M lenses approx)and inventory ( 280 ML) from all the regions on a 24 months horizon. Forecasts are used to plan production capacities & exernal purchase on a monthly basis, as well as inventory levels, ultimately to reach the right level of customer service.

**Responsabilities**:
**Supply chain anlyst**
- Collects all information required to prepare the S&OP packs twice a year.
- In charge of the inventory perimeter& reporting in volume and value.
- In charge of the sales perimeter &reporting ( flash sales) and analysis.
- In charge of the Sales forecast BI ( SAP BO) and Inventory BI ( Excel) maintenance ( enhencement, IT project, maintenance with helpdesk)

**Strategic supply chain planning**
- You manage the S&OP process for sales and inventory in collaboration with WWOps and the region, you are responsible for the forecast accuracy and the inventory value
- You are in charge of the preparation of the WW budget in volume& value for inventory.
- You participate in the elaboration of the industrial & supply chain strategy by maintaining the mid-term plan

**Demand management ( DRM)**
- You manage & animate the collaborative demand planning process with the region so that all information is prepared on time in full
- You manage the reporting of volumes on a monthly basis
- You manage the team of analysts reporting to you

As a member of the SNOP team, you take part in the improvement of the transversal key objectives of the department and you contribute to the development of the supply chain community of practice.
