The S&OP continuous improvement Analyst will be the Supply Chain point of contact for the S&OP projects lead by the WW SC Project Team to ensure a good coordination and communication and to make sure the objectives of the project are aligned with the S&OP team expectations. Furthermore, he/she will be proposing new transformations & improvements that will help increase the maturity of the process.
- Bring new ideas to improve and change the process where needed
- Create a strong communication relationship with the project team
- Align all S&OP stakeholders on the ongoing projects and have them involved and engaged
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Educational Background in **Industrial Engineering or Business Administration**:
- At least **1** year of experience in **Supply Chain: Planning department, Project Management roles within the Supply Chain**:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with people from different cultures
- Solid experience with **Excel (**Macro/VBA/Power Pivot/ Power Query)
- Experience with **SAP is a plus**:
- **English is a must. French and/or Italian is a plus
