**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for building the business processes/products/services on a warehouse within the EMEA Rx Operations organization. (S)he has to maximize the added value of the processes for the users, the customers and the group.
The main tasks are:
To define and prioritize the functional needs and write the specifications,
To define and perform test plans on these functional needs,
To write User Guides and documentations
To train the Key Users and support them during tests and roll-out
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, Business Unit, Operations and IT, on the functionalities and evolutions of the product, by animating specific workshops on its domain or by participating in user communities / business experts.
The technical aeras for the BPO Warehouse Management are Reception/Putaway on Inbound and Scheduling/Picking on Outbound. (S)he has also to make the interface with teams dedicated on Replenishment and Demand & Planning topics.

Educational Background in Engineering
At least 5+ years of experience in a Warehouse
Strong communication (oral and written)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organization, autonomy, rigor
