Inside AXA IM Alts, the Alternative Credit department manages close to € 50bn of assets in alternative credit (ABS & CLO, ILS, Private Financings, Significant Risk Transfer, Mortgages, Loans & Private Debt, Credit Hedging Fund,) with local presence in Europe and in the US.

The Portfolio Manager / Analyst will join the Alternative Credit Origination team (4 persons) that focuses on bespoke securitizations (incl. CLO warehousing) and is in charge of managing the funds (private equity, private debt, venture capital, etc.) that target retail clients and have complex operational set-up including various investment guidelines and specific liquidity requirements.
- Portfolio management (e.g. booking of new transactions, validation of the net asset values of the funds, cash management, validation of currency or interest hedging transactions, participation to reporting for investors, management of capital calls in coordination with portfolio managers assistant team, interactions with auditors and investors).
- Monitoring of existing investments (e.g. valuations, ESG assessment & scoring, quantitative analysis of historical performance, cash-flows forecast, regular discussions with key parties such as external managers, modelling of carried and performance fees).
- Support to business development (e.g. marketing document on the investment strategy / funds for prospective investors).

Participation to the underwriting, structuring and monitoring of private securitizated investments
- alongside the rest of the team.
- Close collaboration with IT developers on the integration of developed tools into other Front office tools.
- Close collaboration with structuring team on the launch and/or restructuring of investment vehicles.

**Votre profil**:

- **Education/Qualifications**: engineering school / business school / university with a background in financial markets.
- **Experience**: prior experience (e.g. through internship) in a bank, asset manager or private debt / equity firm as portfolio manager assistant or in a middle office function.
- **Knowledge & skills**: strong knowledge in Excel and VBA.
- Be proactive, autonomous with rigorous attention to details
- Be fluent in French and English
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Be team player
- Be multi-tasking with an ability to work under pressure
