**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Job Purpose**

The role involves managing the existing ETF range, which includes both passive and active ETFs, as well as Equity and Fixed Income. By the end of 2024, the range will encompass 15 ETFs, with the filing process currently ongoing. The individual will also participate in the process of launching new ETFs, with more to be introduced in the future. Additionally, the role supports the ETF market-facing processes.

**Key Accountabilities**

The ETF platform of AXA IM aims to launch active and passive ETFs, leveraging its recognized expertise in Active Management (Equity & FI).
- The PM we are recruiting would specifically:_
- Manage ETF (Equity & Fixed income) together with the current team (2 senior ETF PM) as lead or back up manager
- Implement strategies in coordination with active Portfolio Managers
- Performance explanation for the active PM if needed (subscription redemption in kind)
- Collaborate with the Operations and Capital Market Unit teams to check the portfolios accuracy

Secondary task would be to contribute to the continuous improvement of the ETF platform Management function.

- Investment process
- Perform the rebalancing portfolio adjustments as per the investment strategies defined with the Active Portfolio Managers
- Participate in the investment committees and provide minutes of the committees
- Manage the ETF:

- negotiate securities basket with AP, approve creation/ redemption orders
- Negotiate the in kind Sub/red for the FI ETFs
- Oversight and validation activities
- Oversight of the daily checks of PCF (Portfolio Composition File) and NAV supplied by Servicer
- Calculation of spread for NAV+ orders

**Votre profil**:
**Role Requirements**
- Education/Qualifications:_
- Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience:_
- Minimum of five years in Portfolio Management, including:

- Experience in ETF management.
- Multi-asset expertise (management of Fixed Income and Equity).
- Proficiency in index management targeting operational excellence.
- Knowledge and Skills:_
- In-depth understanding of ETFs and global markets.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Competent in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with teamwork and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Collaborative spirit and meticulousness.
- Additional Qualifications:_
- IT skills are advantageous.
