- Job Purpose
- Defines and leads engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Job Description
- Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites, including direct supervision of Subsea/Surface Engineers. - Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards. - Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities). - Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning
- You are meant for this job if:

- BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field - Strong technical skills in engineering - Strong project management skills - Good presentation and coaching skills - Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills - Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications - Excellent command of English
