We are looking for a **Flexilay Asset Manager** (M/F) **on a permanent contract for Flexi France entity, a subsidiary of TechnipFMC group based in Le Trait (76) near Rouen.

With approximately 850 employees available on the site of Le Trait (76) on the banks of the Seine, Flexi France produces flexible pipes designed for the Deep Offshore for an international and diversified clientele in the Offshore oil and gas production industry.
- Ensure preparation, delivery and technical, operational & financial follow up of Flexilay Equipment in his/her pool in order to guarantee the good progress of operations which involve Flexilay Equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients during Tendering phase, preparation of firm projects and during installation phases, in case of HSE or technical incident, with the support of Equipment Integrity department, shared services and external suppliers if required.
- Ensure interface with Clients, One Fleet Asset Managers, One Flexilay Project services, offshores teams and Flexilay Equipment Integrity in order to guarantee the good preparation of projects, equipment and the good progress of operations.
- Ensure the delivery of Flexilay Equipment according to internal or external client needs and in compliance with technical, financial and safety requirements.
- Review the operations schedule and installation procedures written by clients in order to check if Flexilay Equipment will be properly used, identify the non-standard operations and propose solutions to clients to achieve operations when required.
- Assist clients to perform feasibility studies regarding equipment modifications and for specific tests required by projects.
- Ensure Flexilay Equipment are compliant with certification and safety rules.
- Organise readiness meetings with Flexilay Equipment Integrity and Offshore teams in order to guarantee the good progress of maintenance activities and the equipment preparation before starting the operations.
- Organise technical, HSE and 5S audits on Flexilay equipment in order to guarantee the safety and the operational performance.
- Define offshore resource needs for maintenance and operations for Flexilay Equipment in his / her pool, in collaboration with Offshore People.
- Coordinate the TechnipFMC offshore teams and carry out the associated reporting to the One flexilay offshore management services and to Offshore People.
- Check the update of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) according to the maintenance & certification tasks done by offshore team.
- Check the update of spare part lists for the fixed Flexilay equipment in his / her pool and organise the replenishment if required.
- Participate to the maintenance plan, spare part list and technical documentation review.
- Check the update of technical documentation package before to send it to clients and before the beginning of operations (Assurance Package).
- Ensure the continuous improvement of equipment, operation manual and procedures in taking into account clients and offshore team feedbacks.
- Participate to study and quotation for new equipment or major modifications of existing equipment.
- Ensure the follow up of equipment modification request (MAF), maintenance plan deviation request or management of change (MOC) in case of standard procedure modification, with the support of Flexilay Equipment Integrity department when required.
- Participate to OPEX and CAPEX budget definition for equipment in his / her pool, ensure budget follow up, respect and reporting.
- Report the progress of tasks to all involved parties (One Flexilay, One Fleet, BU, etc).
- Anticipate, identify and take into account client needs in order to satisfy them.
- Ensure interface with shared services (QHSES, Purchase, Drawing & Calculation office, etc) to guarantee the good progress of his / her tasks and check the quality of their deliverables.
- Take into account client, Asset Manager and offshore team feedbacks, define and follow up the required action plan.
- Respect and ensure the respect of Technip FMC policies, standards and procedures.
