**About the job**

Our Country People Manager should have exceptional interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills, a fluent level of English and French and knowledge of both labour markets. The profile is a generalist position with HR Administration, Labour Relations, People Experience, Employer Branding, Recruiting, Training and Development, having led teams in France and UK.

The Country People Manager will be responsible for coordinating a group of International People Specialists.

Main responsibilities:

- As part of a Global People Team, work closely with the French and UK Business being the go-to person for all employee-related matters.
- Take responsibility as the first port of call for all recruitment aspects, including advising line managers on selection strategies.
- Being involved in managing employee relations and developing and implementing policies and best practices on HR issues.
- Managing Hiring, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates - Payroll reviewing to make sure that the team get paid correctly and on time.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Advising line managers on employment law and assisting them to understand and implement both Global and Local HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining employee records and associated administrative tasks.

**What are we looking for? **️‍️
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in a generalist role covering a variety of HR functions, and in fast-paced environments.
- A track record in working with French and UK based teams and a foundational understanding of labor and employment law in both countries.
- Fluent French, English and Spanish.
