**FINANCE MANAGER - France**:
Responsible for accounting and reporting for the French Subsidiary by rules and regulations as well as internal policies and guidelines, you work closely with your team, the French General Manager, and other stakeholders. You will make sure that the rules are followed and all legal regulations respected timely. Part of the French Management Committee you report directly to the General Manager of France and at the Group level to the Group Business Controller, based in Italy.

**Key responsibilities**:
Finance, controlling, internal audit, IT, HR, with an interest in general business.

**Mission**:
The mission is to succeed in planning and controlling the budget, finding meaningful insight for the business, and being a trustful business partner.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
Define/develop, prepare, and ensure high quality in external as well as internal financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Support Accountant with relevant information
Provide, analyze, and follow business and productivity KPI
Analyse monthly financial performance and prepare appropriate reports for various stakeholders
Initiate and pro-actively work to improve the company’s financial performance and position
Own the full P&L and Balance Sheet for French Subsidiary
Support General Manager and Global controlling team with budget and forecast, maintaining weekly/ monthly contacts with the HQ People & Group Controlling Department;
Define standard definitions and ensure high-quality business and activity data
Collect and harmonize the subsidiary processes, simplify and digitalize them
Demonstrate a high level of interest, involvement, and connectivity with all aspects of the business
Manage the accounting and finance team in France (3 persons)
Secure monthly payroll and support General Manager in HR activities
Offboarding the people

**Experience and qualifications**:
Degree qualified, with a Relevant academic degree,
At least 5 years of successful experience in financial work within an international environment
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Ability to work closely with other departments and good communication
Ability to work in a fast-moving global environment and to co-drive change
High interpersonal communication skills
Excellent Microsoft 360 knowledge and ideally Microsoft Dynamics (our ERP)
Fluent in French and English both oral and written, Italian would be a plus
Initiative taker and deadline-driven doer
High integrity and Confident, High level of empathy and diplomacy
Calm under pressure Unwavering attention to detail
