Salesforce Project Manager

This role is part of our _Crosstalent _team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.
**Crosstalent** is human resources management cloud software. Crosstalent is a Salesforce Software Partner listed on the AppExchange (World’s #1 Business Software market Place).
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading contractual management by coordinating project teams.
- Organizing and facilitating monthly meetings with clients to align on project progress.
- Collaborating with project managers to address project risks related to resources, costs, and deadlines.
- Monitoring project developments to ensure timely execution.
- Providing functional support to internal developers, specializing in Salesforce platform (PaaS).
- Overseeing acceptance and validation of developments with clients.
- Ensuring adherence to client invoicing and payment terms.
- Capturing and leveraging functional insights for continuous improvement. Contributing to the design and development of new functionalities for ISV packages.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- You have a degree in management, business or engineering and at least 4 years' experience in a similar position in the software industry
- You have experience of integrating Salesforce solutions (at least one Salesforce certification required).
- You enjoy managing and mentoring a team of consultants and fostering a strong learning environment.
- You enjoy working with customers and take pride in supporting them and delivering a seamless customer experience.
- You are fluent in French and English and have excellent communication skills.
- You are well organized, know how to prioritize tasks and get things done.
- You're comfortable working in a full remote environment.
