**THE ROLE**:
Within the QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security and Environment) Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will be integrated into the QSSE TI department (Terminals and Inland). Your main missions will be but are not limited to:
Structure the processes, workflows, methods, FAQ through procedures

Organize training sessions through webinars, e-learning, and other supports

**RESPONSIBILITES**:
Ensure and manage projects with the different departments and subsidiaries of the Group in the context of setting up an efficient organization to ensure a standard centralized reporting

Collect data for deployment and communication of KPIs and statistics

Develop the procedures and process to ensure that they are in line with the specifications

Administrate digital tools and ensure their compliance regarding Group, GDPR and other standards

Investigate possibilities of process automation and streamlining for tests, access management and links between digital tools

Centralize data, design reports, and communicate reports

Ensure the link with the IT services and the software supplier for evolutions and defects resolutions

Participate in IT QSSE projects and provide support to the division (reporting, procedures, communication, etc.) under the authority of the department manager

**PROFILE ET QUALIFICATIONS**:
Project management in IT tools, HSE knowledge is an asset

Mastery of IT tools and knowledge of digital solutions

Your attention to detail and precision makes you a rigorous collaborator

Fluency in French and English

Autonomy, motivation, and ability to work in a team are essential qualities for this position

Excellent knowledge of the O365 office suite, knowledge on Qlik Sense is also a major asset
