GEODIS continues its journey towards automation by design by recruiting a Business Automation Delivery Manager
With a functionnal and technical scope of RPA, BPM, Test Automation, and so on, you will contribute to this journey by providing a state-of-the-art service and vision for our clients

Objectives of this role
As part of the Digital Business Platforms department and reporting to the Digital Business Platforms Director, you will lead the Business Automation team (7 people).
You will plan, organise and prioritise deliverables according to business needs.
You will motivate the team and define the roadmap according to Scrum/Agile standards.
You will manage interactions with other teams (EDI Factory, Datalayer Management, Dev Factory, etc...)and ensure that all deliverables from your perimeter are delivered according to the state of the art.
You improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions that make up the Business Automation portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:
You are in charge of the group Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation and Business Process Management platforms.
You will work with the Operations team (ISSC) to help build the automation processes for installing, updating, upgrading and scaling the Business Automation portfolio.
You will ensure that our portfolio meets the best SLA and responds to the needs expressed by end users.
You will work with the Digital Business Platforms Community Manager to provide relevant KPI's to our customers.
You will be required to communicate the roadmap, the evolution, the best practises and the state-of-the-art implementations of your services.
- You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline and 5 years' experience.
You have a caring management experience and want to developp your team.
You are an IaC and automation evangelist.
You have a proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
