City Le Puy En Velay Activity Cleaning and multiservices Function Cleaning agent Contract type CDI Working hours Part-time work Compensation **Offer description**: Your mission We are recruiting a team leader F/H in Le Puy en Velay (43): Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include: **Framing** - Coordinate and lead a team of service agents - Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions - Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work. - Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed and that PPE is used. - Welcoming new recruits and temporary workers **Site follow-up** - Supervise work, monitor progress and ensure completion - Monitor work performed and pass on information to line management. - Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution **Customer relations** - Provide a permanent customer interface, answer customer questions Your assets **Your profile**: You have initial managerial and technical experience in the cleaning sector.
