**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
Within the Parisian Studio and under the responsibility of the studio director, your main mission is to carry out projects for the creation of responsive hotel websites, from the kick-off phase to their online launch.

**Mission**:

- Collect, analyse and identify customer needs
- Creation of workload estimates and planning with the different teams
- Website set up and personalisation according to the graphical client charter, content integration and adaptation
- Support of the various project stakeholders (client, Studio Manager, account manager)
- Testing and QA on pre-production sites
- Delivery of the site on time / within the scope agreed with the client
- Communication with the client, via steering and progress monitoring meetings
- Support clients requirements via phone, mail, video-conference and ticketing systems in cooperation with designers, developers, quality assurance and project managers
- Provide website support for clients by solving cases within the SLA period and good quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bac+3 minimum in marketing, distribution, digital or customer experience, You have a minimum of 2 years experience in web project management, where you have used a CMS.
- You have already led a project from conception to deploymentYou are familiar with** UX / SEO / Wordpress** You are familiar with **HTML5 and CSS3**:

- You are recognised for your ability to listen, your rigour, your organisation, your punctuality and good sense of synthesis.
- You are curious and resourceful
- You know how to handle emergency situations calmly.
- You enjoy working on multi-projects in an international environment
- You have **excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different people (**designers, developers, account managers, IT, products, directors, etc.)
- ** Fluent English **required and German is highly appreciated
