Creative Project Manager

Feazer ) is an on-demand design services studio, providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support marketing, digital, and communication teams, as well as agencies, in crafting all their graphic needs, including digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, oversee complex creative projects, manage multi-disciplinary design teams, and work with diverse team & stakeholders.

Your Mission

As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Feazers creative and operational excellence. You will:

1. Project Management (70% of the time)

• Provide in-depth art direction for Feazers marketing and communication content.
• Apply advanced composition and layout principles to elevate creative outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all deliverables.
• Conduct detailed quality control reviews to maintain high creative standards.
• Manage complex client portfolios involving multiple stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending creative solutions.
• Analyze and validate client briefs to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with objectives.
• Oversee workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
• Handle client-driven pressure with composure and channel it into positive team productivity.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

2. Production Optimization (30% of the time)

• Streamline and optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and propose innovative methodologies for creative processes and project management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.
• Stay up to date with AI tools and trends in design and curate daily updates for the team.
• Select, test, and evaluate new AI tools in collaboration with the AI specialist.
• Oversee the implementation of selected AI tools into Feazers processes.
• Participate in the recruitment of Creative Project Managers and designers.
• Mentor and support the growth of Junior Creative Project Managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in creative project management within a design studio or agency environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and large creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma, with strong design knowledge across multiple disciplines (graphic design, motion, web, branding, illustration).

Skills & competencies:

• Advanced project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams of 5+ designers.
• Extensive creative expertise, with the ability to provide detailed art direction informed by a deep understanding of design trends, layout, and composition.
• Broad knowledge across digital, print, presentation, motion, web, branding, and illustration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior-level client relationships.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in creative and project management contexts.
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).

Position Details:

• Start Date: As soon as possible (were looking to fill this position quickly)
• Contract Type: Permanent (CDI only).
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, remote.
