**Our Consulting and Operations Business Line (C&O) operates during the Project Setup phase and the Operation phase of highway, airport, urban, and rail transport infrastructures in France and internationally.** It offers and implements long-term and turnkey partnerships (PPP, DSP, concessions...) particularly in the context of Consulting and Asset Management missions. Asset management is at the heart of our activity, and we adopt a long-term vision in everything we undertake. Consulting and Operations notably operates **20 airports and 29 road companies in France and internationally.**

**About the Role**

Join Egis and contribute to the performance of an international network of 30 highway companies.

Egis Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Road aims to double its size within 4 years. We operate on highways in 30 countries (Kazakhstan, Greece, Mexico, Portugal, Congo, etc.) and support our subsidiaries on all technical and strategic levers of operation and maintenance.

To strengthen our expertise around energized systems, critical infrastructures, and IT/OT technologies (cybersecurity, resilience, supervision, automation), we are looking for an expert in technological operating systems, capable of structuring, auditing, securing, and innovating across the entire IT equipment & systems scope in our international subsidiaries.

You will contribute to identifying, promoting, and implementing best practices in traffic management and road safety (traffic control room management, patrols, crisis management, etc.) within Egis's road operating companies, bringing both strategic, technical, and operational insights. You will contribute to identifying, promoting, and implementing best practices in information systems and traffic systems (ITS) and operating systems (preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance of energized equipment, installation of new systems, etc.) within Egis's road operating companies.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Drive the O&M Technology Strategy**
- Be the technical reference for energized operating systems:

- Fiber optics, payment automata, variable message signs
- Control centers, video surveillance, fire detection, tunnel fans
- Generators, electrical networks, supervision
- Develop preventive, curative, and predictive maintenance policies.
- Integrate cybersecurity, operational continuity, and resilience of critical installations.

**2. Structure and Secure Operations**
- Conduct technical audits, propose upgrade and security plans.
- Implement monitoring tools (dashboards, alerts, maintenance plans) with subsidiaries.
- Advise companies on technological and supplier choices (tunnel, toll, PC).

**3. Support Projects and Bids**
- Participate in the early stages of company openings or operations in AO: technical specifications, system sizing, standard definition.
- Provide a differentiating technological vision in bids, in coordination with the dedicated team.

**4. Lead the Technology Network**
- Participate in internal working groups and capitalize on feedback.
- Feed the knowledge base via the Data Cockpit tool.
- Monitor market technological innovations and propose experiments.

Regular travel in France and abroad is expected.

**What do we need from you**

**Education & Experience**
- Graduate from an engineering school (industrial IT, electronics, telecom, automation).
- Minimum 10 years of experience with complex technical systems (critical infrastructures, road or rail operations, tunnels, transport).

**Technical Skills**
- Mastery of road operation technologies and IT/OT infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, resilience, and industrial maintenance topics.
- Ability to model needs, formalize technical policies, and support their deployment.

**Languages**
- Fluent English is imperative (written + conferences).
- French is a plus, not mandatory.

**Interpersonal Skills**
- Excellent team spirit and ease in intercultural environments.
- Autonomy, agility, ability to advance topics with leadership without hierarchical links.
