About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Global eCommerce Brand Innovation and Geo-Expansion Lead to accelerate digital innovation across our global portfolio. This pivotal role will drive the use of agile methodologies— amongst others our MARCO methodology—

to rapidly ideate, prototype, and scale eCommerce-led innovations. You will work across geographies, brands, and functions to unlock growth through digitally native formats, consumer-centric solutions, and test-and-learn

execution models. This is a unique opportunity to lead the future of innovation in a fast-paced, consumer-first environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of Big Pack solutions and SIOC (Shipped In Own Container) strategies, ensuring commercial and operational scalability.- Partner with global and local brand teams to develop and execute “Next Level eCommerce Brand” innovations, with an emphasis on consumer relevance and digital RTM readiness.- Accelerate Innovation Velocity: Champion the MARCO methodology across global teams to increase the speed and success rate of innovation.- Co-build eCommerce innovation in China (through livestreaming a.o.), deploying localized strategies and methodologies to test and scale successful models.- Provide hands-on geo-expansion suppor (including post launch) for key eCommerce markets- Establish and maintain a monthly governance process focused on regulatory eCommerce opportunities and “First Next COMMERCIAL Next Step” execution alignment.- Being the key POC for all GBs - making sure eComm strategy lands in their plans, especially during BSW

About you- Expertise in agile innovation frameworks such as MARCO or design thinking.- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of digital retail dynamics.- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational environments.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).- Additional languages, especially Mandarin, are an asset given key market focuses.
