About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global HCP Lead for Allegra. Allegra is the world's leading allergy brand and a trusted name in respiratory health across the globe. We are committed to helping consumers live their lives fully by providing effective, now-drowsy allergy solutions that enable them to be at their best.

In this role you will leverage your scientific and commercial acumen to drive short and mid-term executional HCP excellence, from defining the global HealthCare Professional marketing strategy to building the assets needed for multi-channel engagement of HCP activation with GPs, ENTs, Pediatricians, Allergists and other members of the medical community in key focus markets and around the globe.  This role is based in Paris or the UK ideally, but open to consider other locations.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines HCP/ MCE engagement strategy in line with overall brand strategy fundamentals and science-led differentiation and key HCP insights to drive recommendations and prescriptions for Allegra. Ensures alignment with global brand strategy, regulatory requirements and scientific medical support.
  • Leverages scientific and commercial acumen to drive short and mid-term executional HCP excellence as a key pillar and contributor of the overall integrated  Allegra marketing and commercial strategy.
  • Manages HCP content creation and toolkit deployment from ideation to in-market delivery and advises markets on content adapted locally. Develops scientific and promotional materials for HCP audiences (e.g., detailing aids, congress materials, digital assets).
  • Shares learnings and best practices across markets to raise overall market performance levels in HCP approach and acts as a consultant to the market in their HCP approach and delivery.
  • Gathers and analyzes HCP and related consumer insights to inform strategy and content development. Monitors prescription shares and recommendations data and performance metrics and define corrective actions and campaign optimization based on data together with the Zone Brand leads.
  • Is critical in driving HCP marketing with Brand marketing, Medical and MCE teams, by providing professional project management support to ensure global project plans are designed and executed in line with planned time, cost and quality.
  • Guides teams through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close out phases of HCP programs to achieve a successful execution of the HCP Marketing strategy. Collaborates with Science team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting to the Global Brand General Manager for Allegra, the Global HCP lead collaborates closely with Zone Brand Leads and Zone HCP/MCE Leads in focus markets as well as with Global Medical & Regulatory, Global Claims Lead, Global Strategy and Content Leads.

About You

Education

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Management degree/MBA (preferable)

Languages

  • Fluency in English in a professional context spoken and written is a must.

Professional Experience

  • Relevant Experience in HCP marketing (detailing, conferences and omni-channel HCP marketing) in the OTC, Health/Wellness, or Healthcare/Pharma sectors is a must. Experience marketing in FMCG or OTC healthcare brands is highly desirable. 5+ years of senior level marketing and general managerial experience
  • Regional experience is desired and Global experience a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to translate scientific and market insights into actionable global HCP strategies and craft and execute HCP-centric marketing activation that builds Brands Love.
  • Commercial acumen with P&L management and project ROI judgement.
  • Scientific/medical Literacy: Strong ability to understand therapeutic areas and claims and ability to translate into clear, compelling and differentiated messaging.
  • Project Management/Prioritization: Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders across geographies. Proven adaptability to changing priorities and strategies.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital Savvy: Knowledge of digital channels and omnichannel engagement for HCPs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
