**We are looking for**:

- As a Global category lead IT buyer, you will advocate for procurement best practices, ensure the visibility of an action plan to support the IT roadmap, create space for collaboration and develop a deep level of expertise in global IT strategies and tactics. This role will play a key part in the evolution of our IT procurement culture and drive initiatives that enable IT key stakeholders to achieve greater results.

**We count on you for**:

- Be a key stakeholder leading the IT procurement portfolio in the spirit of end to end service support, from the strategy to the supplier contract. This includes sourcing selection, supplier relationship management, cost reduction strategies, contract negotiation, product/service delivery and quality performance and also managing key Group internal customers relationships and steering Global IT suppliers
- Define, drive and deploy the IT procurement strategy aligned with the IT roadmap
- Define, propose and/or implement IT procurement strategies and action plans in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and lead the negotiation (identify and evaluate potential suppliers, develop the RFx, and define the negotiation strategy)
- Manage IT procurement contracts and follow up with suppliers to ensure full compliance
- Deploy the contracts and communicate to all relevant stakeholders
- Organize and participate in supplier evaluation and define action plans for the suppliers
- Create contingency plans in order to handle service, delivery or quality problems

**You will bring**:

- Experience:

- 5 years relevant experience in procurement dedicated in the IT domain
- Solid international experience in terms of portfolio
- Software and related reseller: On Premise and SaaS
- Telecom: fixed and mobile telephony, internet access, global outsourcing for WAN management
- Cloud hosting contract: AWS IaaS, GCP PaaS
- Hard skills:

- Ability to transform a T&M contract to a competence skills center contract and to an outsourcing contract with work unit and SLA
- Methodology and rationale negotiation with strategy and related tactics
- Contract management with a global scope, ability to drive SLA and
- KPI, support the compliance regulation
- Ability to risk management
- Contract database management
- Main tools:

- Slide presentation
- Spreadsheet Excel and Google sheet (data crunching, pivot tables)
- SAP read access for purchase order and vendor creation/modification
- SRM SalesForce
- RFP in ARIBA

- Experience in implementation of FinOps services with result obligation in the contract
