**We are looking for a **Apprenticeship - BG Program Controller** to join our team**

Our **Faurecia Clean Mobility** activity is looking for a **Apprenticeship - BG Program Controller **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

Faurecia Clean Mobility focusing for instance on exciting developments regarding hydrogen fuel cells and zero emission cars, is constantly working on reimagining a cleaner planet. Finance Team based in Nanterre is quite diversified with opportunity to connect with highly skilled finance people around the globe.

We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also assist the finance team to consolidate and monitor programs in development from customer nomination, until programs move to the serial life(300 programs/15 Billions sales), and ensures that data reported to Business Group are reliable and compliant with internal procedures.

Your missions: let us introduce the main missions and opportunities:
**Main responsibilities**:
**Program Controlling/Reporting**:

- Prepare a financial summary of customer quotations to support decision making
- Prepare and issue timely monthly Program Dashboard Closing: Monitor evolutions vs. Initial Plan and previous Month from Operating income and Cash perspective. Follow-up and investigate variances for top contributors and offenders and KPIs are align with Actuals
- Propose possibility of digitalization to bringing efficiency.
- Ensure governance and compliance is in place

**System/People Network Support**:

- Develop Digital platform to connect community for awareness, Changes & Best practices

**What if it were you?**
- Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or master’s degree in finance
- Strong IT skills (excel, Big Data analysis). IBM TM2 is a plus
- 1st experience in program controlling is a plus
- international company, and matrix organization experience is a plus
- “Right 1st time”, rigorous, accountable and autonomous mindset as a soft skill
- Passionate to make things Digital friendly.
- Interest in the Automotive Industry, to reinvent the future of mobility
- Fluent in English and French will be plus [Level and type of degree sought
