L’ingénieur en automatisation est un acteur clé au sein de l’équipe de tests, responsable de la conception, du développement et de l’optimisation des processus d’automatisation pour améliorer la qualité des produits tout en réduisant les coûts des tests manuels. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les collègues du Chapter QA, interviendra sur les produits Sage 100 et Sage 50, et collaborera avec les équipes RAS 50 UK qui fournissent le framework de test. Son rôle inclut également la contribution à l’organisation et à la planification des tests, ainsi que l’accompagnement pour faciliter l’adoption du framework de tests à travers les produits Sage.

Principales Responsabilités
- Optimisation des Cas de Test : Rendre les cas de test réutilisables au sein d’un même produit
et à travers plusieurs produits pour les services connectés.

Location: Metz - 3 jours en presentiel
- Tests de Non-Régression et de Performances : Effectuer des tests de non-régression et de
performances pour assurer la stabilité et l’efficacité des produits.
- Amélioration Continue : Proposer des outils et des méthodes pour améliorer l’efficacité de
l’automatisation.

Compétences Recherchées
- Techniques:

- Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation spécifiquement pour des produits desktop.
- Connaissance des langages de programmation (C#).
- Familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Maîtrise des outils Confluence, Jira et XRay.
- Personnelles:

- Orientation client et capacité à établir des relations de confiance.
- Adaptabilité face aux changements et gestion des priorités.
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire.
- Certifications : ISTQB Foundation est un plus.
