Junior Operations Project Manager

We are now looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead part of our French business as we emerge from the pandemic and look to scale considerably. France is a critical market for FREE NOW globally, with a multi-million marketing budget, one of the biggest growth potentials in Europe, and a complete portfolio of mobility options (PHV, Taxi, scooters, mopeds, bikes, car sharing ).

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Being accountable for the Ops analytics topics & management of special projects: Fleet management program, Expansion etc
- Being a referent for the two account managers working in the team with fleet partners with a possibility to take a direct management role in the short term (6-12 months)
- Being accountable for building strong work relationships with Fleet operators & company owners, which will require cross-channel communication (face-to-face, digital, etc.)
- Monitoring the KPIs of the overall fleet partners, identify performance changes and investigate the root causes
- Working on Financial and Non-Financial Incentives for fleet partners, which might require collaboration with central teams and 3rd parties
- Working closely with the product teams building out business cases for feature requirements needed to enable your marketplace to grow
- Coordinating with Marketing, product, data, legal and public affairs to ensure this business line goes into the right direction

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Proven past experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Development or other relationship management roles preferably in Mobility or tech companies.
- Previous experience in large project management or managing a team of people from a diverse range of backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Process and detail-focussed, able to identify trends and patterns in data, and independently develop solutions to fix or address them; skilled in analysis, Python, SQL, Excel (mandatory) and automation frameworks.
- Demonstrated capacity to launch and make a specific business line grow; P&L management as a plus
- Comfortable working in an international context with teams from other countries, and able to clearly define operational requirements in a way that can be developed by Product and Tech.
- Able to influence and communicate to teams outside of your direct management line, not afraid to diplomatically work around hierarchies or reporting lines in order to achieve results.
- Can act as a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end, or bring great ideas to the table and seek out how to include others to make your ideas even better.
- Proficient French and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
