- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- **Experience in a project consulting firm and/or in a cultural or tourism field**:

As a member of the _Operations and Business Plan_ division, you will work on market studies for museums, galeries, heritage sites, touristic sites, of private or public clients, and may carry out and advise on the following tasks:

- Market studies such as the studies of comparable sites, public policies, trend studies and forecast attendance
- Operational plans and procedures
- Organizational and Development strategies, Governance models
- Economic models, Financial analysis, and Business plans

As an **Operations Project Manager**, you will manage one or multiple international projects and clients, and provide organizational support on company business on the following aspects:

- Client relations
- Presentations, and meeting deadlines
- Project planning: schedule, budget, and ressources
- Manage members of the Operations project team
- Lead skills development of different junior team members
- Ensure quality assurance of the mission
- Supervise and control the project evolution (information synthesis and analysis)
- Coordinate and control weekly and monthly reports
