The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product and will also oversee various procedures based on this product. In parallel with these functions, he/she will be responsible for supporting and training staff in the use of this solution. **Main purpose**: The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will have a cross-functional view of all current activities at GIE, and will centralize, formalize, and address the various IT and operational requirements. To achieve this, he/she will be able to draw on the expertise of the IT Department staff, as well as on the CMDB tool at his/her disposal. The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will also be responsible for supporting the asset manager in defining a strategy for collecting and referencing all the IT assets used at GIE AXA, as well as maintaining this repository and, more generally, leading a community concerned by these issues. **Main activities**: The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will work on two main areas - In the "Product Owner" area, you will be required to: - Ensure operational and functional monitoring of the ITSM Service Management platform (Silva / Service Now), monitor platform changes, version upgrades, etc., which could impact the platform and its use by employees.
