**Job Title: Sales Development Representative**

**Salary: €38,000 Basic + €6,000 Commission OTE**

**Location: Paris, France**

This company was founded 5 years ago by 3 Consultants who were roommates at the time. They were working at PWC & Deloitte, they came home each night and had the same frustrations of being placed on the same project every time - their full skills were not being utilised and they didn’t feel they were being professionally developed.

They wanted to create a platform where consultants could be at the heart of decision making around who was right for which project. this would enable Consultants to experience variety in their projects, utilise their skills and develop their careers. So they built this Company 5 years ago and they are already 50 people

The platform is used by Companies like KPMG, CapGemini, Schneider electric, EDF. They upload projects and the internal and external consultants can put themselves forward for projects and also have their own profiles with skills and desires featured. This enables companies to get the best out of their consultants and deliver the best projects.

The Company has a sales team of 6 people based out of Paris. The Founder is also the Head of Sales and you will be reporting into him and the SDR Lead. You will be targeting the English or German Market and need to be fluent in English and/or German. You must also speak conversational French so you can interact with your colleagues. The main language of the Company is French. They are based in Central Paris and operate a flexible working and work from anywhere policy.
