**Description**:
Radio France is continuing to develop the presence of its 7 radio stations on social media. Informing, entertaining with culture and music, creating connections and meeting audiences: these are some of the ambitions of Radio France's channels*, by deploying on social and video platforms. *franceinfo, France Inter, France Culture, France Bleu, FIP, France Musique and Mouv'.

The social media team of the Digital Consumer Department is responsible for supporting the social media and video teams of Radio France's channels in their strategies on social platforms, in particular via:

- Proposing innovative formats;
- Developing distribution strategies;
- Managing relationships with platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin, Snapchat, Twitch, etc.);
- Providing tools to implement and manage these strategies.

**Main activities during the mission**:
Reporting to the Cross-functional Editorial Project Manager, the service provider's main missions will be:

- Contribute to monitoring new formats, key feature trends and market dynamics (20%)
- Monitor channel performance indicators by writing monthly reports, and contribute to their analysis with regard to the strategy (20%)
- Tools (60%):

- Support channels for optimal use of the tools in place:
answer their questions, and help them find solutions to the problems encountered, design and implement a toolbox, including an FAQ for newcomers
- Carry out continuous monitoring of the tools and form convictions about their usefulness and test them
- Assess the relevance of current tools, and formulate avenues for adjustment for the future. The tools concerned are used for publishing on social networks, video production, performance analysis, and moderation.

Marketing project manager, marketing consultant with significant experience of at least 2-3 years on social networks (agency or advertiser).

Very good interpersonal skills.

Very good level of general knowledge.

Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Fluent in English.
