To support our growth in Europe, we are currently looking for people who want to evolve in a fast-growing company, with a start-up spirit and labeled Great Place to Work. **What will be your mission?** As a Business Developer EMEA, you'll report to our Sales & Expansion Manager and play a key role in the development of JobTeaser in Europe (The Netherlands, Flanders and Rest of Europe) Main missions and objectives - Prospect a database of potential future clients in Europe (approx. 80% The Netherlands & Flanders, 20% Rest of Europe) - Generate approx. 5 meetings every week (you will also have the support of our SDR and BDR team who will generate meetings for you) - Convert your prospects into customers: Discover their needs (Discovery), pitch Jobteaser (Live demo) and offer a partnership proposal (Closing) **Qualifications** **Who are you?** - You are Dutch Native and also have a good level of English - You have a relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm...) - You are result oriented and resilient: you reach your target every month and you always want to achieve more - You are self-driven and have a high-energy spirit - You are an empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels - You know how to use Salesforce CRM?
