- The _**_Sanctions Compliance Assistant _**_is responsible for performing and documenting sanctions screenings for all HEM sales, supporting Group Legal with ad hoc and automated screenings, and assisting in the maintenance of the block list to ensure compliance with applicable sanctions regulations and internal procedures._

**Key responsibilities**
- Conduct sanctions screening of all HEM sales (commercial, yacht, etc.) using Dow Jones, ensuring proper documentation of activities and findings.
- Carry out sanctions screening for Cathelco/HEM yacht sales, document results in Excel and Teams, and escalate complex cases to Group Legal as needed.
- Perform ad hoc sanctions screenings upon request from Group Legal and document results.
- Assist Group Legal with reviewing findings from the automatic screening and monitoring system and updating monitoring lists.
- Keep up to date with sanctions regulations and changes impacting the company’s activities.

**Your Profile**:

- Education in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under internal procedures and follow directives from superiors.
- Adherence to health, safety, hygiene, environmental rules, and internal company regulations
- Strong command of computer systems and office tools (e.g. MS Office Suite, ERP systems).
