The Head of Visual Merchandising will handle define visual merchandising and store layout strategy, make Sephora stores always more experiential and desirable, push a more disruptive customer experience and coordinate & facilitate implementation in countries, respecting deadlines and budgets. She/he will work on all these elements in close relation with the countries_._
- He/she will be reporting Omnichannel Operational Marketing & Merchandising Director EME._

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- To manage the visual merchandising of the Fragrance, Make-up, Skincare and Haircare categories, as well as the visual merchandising of Sephora Collection, for the EME zone.
- To conduct the development and implementation of Sephora institutional furniture as well as new permanent furniture for Sephora category destinations and for exclusive brands.
- To define and to conceive specific and breakthrough visual merchandising concepts & furniture for flagships and image stores.
- To define visual merchandising guidelines, to support brands in the creation and validation of their furniture.
- To oversee the merchandising for the brand at global EME level and manage in partnership with the brand and with the EME category, furniture and visual merchandising displays for Sephora Collection.
- To define the visual merchandising strategy and store layout to ensure that the in-store customer journey reflects both category issues and a strengthened customer vision.
- To manage a team of around seven people.
- To Pilot business relationship with external partners.
- To Be responsible for the visual merchandising budget.

- 10 years minimum experience in Retail on Visual Merchandising, preferably in cosmetics and with an international scope. Strong data analysis and spreadsheet processing (Excel)
- Strong Presentation skills
- Strong customer focus, focused on action and results
- Creativity and ability to imagine new concepts
- Excellent relationship in an international environment
- Ability to work in transversality
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Excellent management skills
- Imperative current English (working language)
