**About us**:
Ferrovial Construction is internationally recognized for its capacity to design and build civil engineering and construction projects, mainly in large transportation infrastructure. **The Contract Engineer will report to Site Manager and /or Construction Manager and will be responsible for:

- Managing all contractual aspects of the Project (Client’s and Subcontractors’ contracts)
- Establishing, reviewing and proposing the negotiation axes of the contract and its modifications (scope modifications, schedule modifications, penalizations)
- Assuring that all contractual requirements, internal and external are met
- Transferring those requirements to subcontractors and suppliers’ contracts
- Evaluate selling prices in response to modifications proposed by the client.
- Identifying contractual risks and informing about all contractual aspects on a monthly basis
- Preparing contract’s annexes
- Managing official communication to client and subcontractors.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Program up to date
- Identify and foresee possible Program difficulties and their potential impacts on the project.
- Monitor the Works progress.

**Skills and Experience****:

- Degree or Master (Architecture or Engineering)
- Experience in a project Scheduler or Planner role
- Relevant software experience (Microsoft Project, P6 Primavera, etc.)
- Experience in contract management
- At least 3 years of experience at construction worksite

**Competences**:

- Capacity to work within a multicultural team
- A proactive person with ability to analyse the carried-out work and foresee the Project needs.
- A highly motivated and organized person with an eye to detail
- Ability to execute multiple tasks and work under deadlines pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driving license
- ** Language**: - English - verbal and writing professional proficiency French recommended
