**Esports Business Intelligence Specialist**:

As the Esports Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping data-driven strategies within Ubisoft's esports ecosystem. Your role involves developing analytics tools and dashboards to provide insights into performance, audience engagement, and monetization. A strong understanding of esports, combined with advanced skills in data analysis, architecture, and BI tools, is essential.

You will collaborate with marketing, production, community engagement, and data teams to deliver actionable insights, establish best practices, and support global data initiatives. Your work will help transform data into strategic opportunities that foster growth, enhance decision-making, and position Ubisoft’s esports initiatives at the industry forefront.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor esports performance, audience behavior, and revenue streams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure the success of esports projects.
- Coordinate with internal data teams to align with global data strategies.
- Build and optimize data pipelines ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform deep analyses on player engagement, viewership trends, and content performance to inform marketing and operational decisions.
- Support the creation of predictive models for viewership, revenue, retention, and segmentation.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and esports initiatives, providing insights to optimize impact.
- Automate reporting processes for timely insights and simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance BI capabilities.
- Identify operational improvements through data analysis, working with stakeholders to increase efficiency.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to guide future esports initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in data analytics, BI development, or related roles, ideally within esports, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and effective data presentation.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Google BigQuery, Azure) and ETL processes.
- Proven ability to handle large datasets, including data cleansing and modeling.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for esports, competitive gaming, and the gaming community.
