The main goal of the Business Intelligence team is to provide helpful insights and analyse the data in the whole AVIV Group to help the leaders with the decision-making process. The Business Intelligence team is the main point of contact when it comes to monitoring and analysing the AVIV Group core metrics, objectives and key results, financial and HR KPIs.

In this role you will not only work closely with other teams of the Data Analytics & BI department, such as Product, Marketing and Strategy analytics, but also ensure that your stakeholders have all the required analysis and visualisations to be able to make data-driven decisions.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- You will lead one of the business intelligence teams, who are responsible for supporting our internal stakeholders in decision-making with insights gained from analyses and our core metrics.
- Provide clear vision to the team and resolve critical issues by guiding them or by taking care of it directly.
- You will work closely with AVIV Leadership Team and different stakeholders, such as Country Brand Leaders, Business Performance and Marketplace design, understand their needs and design reporting solutions and analyses that will meet their expectations.
- Support business leaders in identifying the right KPIs to drive business performance.
- Define appropriate KPIs and metrics that can be used to measure the progress and success of the business.
- Be one of the main contact person internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, present and communicate impactful analysis results and recommendations to support stakeholders.
- You will be taking over the ad-hoc analysis, reporting and visualisations for all the brands, that are part of the AVIV Group.
- You will be representing the BI team and their needs when it comes to the cooperation with the data engineers team.
- You will coordinate new requirements of the business intelligence team regarding the new required datasets with the data engineers team.
- You will advise and support the data engineers team in implementing the business logics in the process of data transformation.

**Qualifications**:
**ABOUT YOU**:

- Proven experience in the areas of people and project management.
- You have a significant professional experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Experience in business analytics and stakeholder management.
- Capability to prioritise and guide your team on data and business objectives.
- Ability to motivate business intelligence team in a demanding environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work on compromises with other teams to ensure the satisfaction of both the stakeholders and the team.
- You have a deep knowledge of relational databases, business intelligence and SQL.
- You have a very good knowledge of BI data visualisation tools (ideally Tableau).
- You have experience with Data modelLing, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Lakes would be a plus.
- You have (first) experience working with AWS Athena and Jupyter Notebook, knowledge of Python would be a plus.
- You are solution-oriented and able to take initiative independently.
- You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (German, French or Dutch is a plus).
