**Your role**
The Global Technical Competence Hub Manager is responsible for developing BU's technical competencies via global educational and technical support of the Hair Care, Skin care and Actipones categories.

Responsibilities will include:

- Scientific communication development (articles, etc ).
- Development and deployment of training tools & workshop templates.
- Development and administration of educational classes for Cosmetic Societies.
- Scientific content creation and distribution in collaboration with GI and GCOMM.
- Participation in industry events with podium and/or poster presentation.
- Identification, validation and development of external testing collaborations.
- Scouting of New Testing Technologies & M&A, JV, partnership opportunities.
- Scanning scientific publications for innovations in areas of interest (skin & hair).
- Customer visits to present pipeline and scientific training.

**About you**

Profile:

- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Fluent in English, other languages will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated, creative, well organized, communicative, adaptable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong scientific skills with Business orientation and marketing interest.
- Ability to efficiently manage complex technical projects.
- Expert with IT tools (MS Office, PPT, creation tools )- Readiness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
