Account Manager, Amazon Hub (Pickup and Return Points) Amazon is working to be the most customer‑centric company on earth. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‑starter to join as Account Manager – Amazon Hub (Pickup and Return Points). Description Amazon Hub is an alternative delivery solution available to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for handling all our major partners in retail, property management and transportation. This is a great opportunity to make history for our customers. Key Responsibilities Own the client relationship from the development/roll‑out phase. Maintain and optimize the installed network. Initiate performance reviews and recommend action plans. Administer and renew contracts. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience (Partner Ops / Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management). Basic Qualifications Experience working in an account manager role or project management. Entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity to work independently. Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality. Good business judgment and strong written and oral communication skills. Practical, common‑sense approach to getting things done. Analytical thinking with the ability to capture and analyze data to improve decision‑making and develop ideas in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. Contract management experience. Basic accounting knowledge. Solid Excel skills. Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
