Nous recherchons un E-commerce Operations Specialist minutieux et proactif pour rejoindre notre Global Ecommerce & Client Team. Ce rôle se concentre sur la mise en œuvre de processus et la gestion des opérations quotidiennes du back-office ayant un impact direct sur notre activité, y compris les méthodes de paiement, la prévention de la fraude et les flux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Ce que vous aurez à faire Process Implementation : Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus opérationnels efficaces pour améliorer et gérer les fonctions d'opérations du back-office e-commerce. Payment & Fraud Methods Management : Superviser et optimiser les différentes passerelles de paiement pour garantir des transactions fluides. Surveiller les transactions pour identifier et prévenir les activités frauduleuses, en mettant en place les mesures de protection nécessaires. Supply Chain Feed Coordination : Gérer les flux en amont et en aval pour assurer la disponibilité et la livraison des produits en temps voulu. Assurer le traitement précis et rapide des commandes clients, en coordination avec les équipes d'entrepôt et de logistique. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions de back-office, l'IT, et les équipes de service client & client care pour améliorer l'expérience client globale. Performance Monitoring : Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés et préparer des rapports réguliers pour identifier les domaines à améliorer.
