- _Demand Planner management (axe & Country level) _
- _Animation coordinator management _
- _Share and communicate demand planning vision and strategy to the team _
- _Recruit, animate, motivate, train and develop teams and potential to guarantee efficiency & results.**_Mission : _**
- _Take appropriate actions of unexpected events on demand and sales on the planning horizon. _
- _Develop appropriate and positive relationship with other departments to guarantee efficiency. _
- _Consolidate data’s & achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance. _
- _Define and monitore Kpi’s : DOI, FA, OSA, sales performance. _
- _Guarantee operational excellence. _
- _Guarantee excellence on big Bets priorities _
- _Ensure the right level of stock for animation plan at European level. _
- _Ensure all the coordination for all special operation _
- _Ensure the right level of stock for merchandising update (sephora collection, mini and more**_Project Management _**
- _Lead all project to deliver productivity and continuous improvement. _
- _Lead all project to integrate new process with Euphoria.- **

- _Dans l'idéal, vous êtes diplômé(e) BAC+5, de formation logistique/Supply Chain/Ingénieur. _
- _Vous justifiez de deux ans d’expérience en Demand Planning. Une expérience dans le retail serait un plus. _
- _Vous êtes doté d’une très bonne capacité d’analyse, d’une aisance avec les chiffres. _
- _Vous êtes rigoureux et force de proposition. Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement challengeant. Vous êtes organisé et faites preuve d’intelligence émotionnelle. _
- _Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et êtes dynamique et positif. _
- _Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du pack Office, spécialement Excel. _
- _Votre anglais est courant et vos capacités en communication ne sont plus à démontrer. _
