- keep a sharp eye on the numbers, stick to the set budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control with precision

- make sure everything runs smoothly by ensuring compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal requirements
- bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing our internal styles and maintaining quality standards.
- work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
- extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
- strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management.
- a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player
- a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction
- a knack for charming guests, with a hands-on mentality to match
- speaking fluent in French and English
