Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée et réussie dans la fonction ressources humaines sur un périmètre international ?

Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la complexité de gestion des ressources humaines à l’international (compensation, mobilité, aspects culturels ) mais également des connaissances en droit du travail français ?

Vous accompagnez les plans de transformations, évolutions de métiers et compétences associée ?
Vous avez un haut niveau d'énergie et des compétences professionnelles pour fonctionner efficacement et de manière indépendante dans un environnement exigeant et axé sur le changement ?
Doté d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, vous évaluez les situations avec justesse et savez aisément proposer des solutions pragmatiques ?
Vous aimez partager vos expériences et bonnes pratiques, dans un esprit collectif et collaboratif ?
Vous maitrisez pleinement le français et l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral ? Vous savez utiliser les outils de gestion type Excel et Power point ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
En tant que **HR Business Partner **, dans le cadre d'un **CDD de 6 mois **, et rattaché(e) au VP RH Transformation des Opérations et RH des Achats Groupe, vous prenez en charge la gestion de certaines activités RH:

- Vous participez à l’équipe RH en charge de la cession d’une activité du groupe. Vous vous interfacez avec les 45 pays où cette activité est implantée pour coordonner certaines actions RH communes à tous ces pays.
- Vous appuyez le RH des Achats Groupes sur des actions RH transverses dans cette population : Préparation des effectifs budgétaires, Mobilités inter pays, Talent Review, Politique salariale etc
- Vous contribuez à la finalisation des descriptions de compétences associés aux postes repères de la Job Family Procurement et à leur implémentation dans les SIRH.
- Avec le Comp and Ben Groupe, vous revoyez les benchmarks salariaux de la fonction Procurement
- Avec la responsable du déploiement de la nouvelle convention collective Métallurgie vous adaptez les descriptions de postes Achats en France aux impératifs de cette nouvelle convention collective.
