The TPA audits and transversal projects manager will lead a team of auditors and of an international projects officer on two main missions with a high level of expectations based on the insurance regulator’s guidelines: proactively ensure the audit plan of TPAs for the French portfolio of Allianz Care and coordinate transversal projects which may impact our business as well as relationship with TPAs.

The main activities are:
Monitor & deploy the Control System of outsourced activities to TPAs, accordingly to the ACPR recommendations and plan:

- Set up the partners' tri-annual audit plan as well as the calendar, in collaboration with the other internal functions (Sales, Portfolio monitoring, Underwriting )
- Monitor preparation and achievement of the pre-audits and audits;
- Drive the Writing audit reports;
- Follow-up the post-audit recommendations;
- Present the conclusions to the management teams
- Draw attention/alert on time the manager of Partnership and L&D activity to the timeline drifts, priority changes, upcoming topics, risks
- Provide argued and pragmatic solutions to solve any problems

Drive improvement of the audit expertise in the team / company:

- Leverage both quantity and quality of TPA audits following ACPR recommendations
- improve the tools (templates, score card...) to promote objectivity and standardization, rationalization, improvement, automate for more reliability
- Review process and methodologies to increase expertise and standardization
- Bring together the necessary skills by calling on the resources of other functions, such as compliance, legal, risk and operations teams... to support and develop the expertise of the French team
- Develop skillfulness of the team members,

Proactively ensure the Outsourcing policy implementation while protecting the business interests:

- Ensure the delivery on reporting on time and aligned with the level of quality required
- Manage the Outsourcing policy committees by demonstrating a strong monitoring of the audit activity
- Maintain and promote privileged relationship with TPAs et foster strong level of coordination with sales team to master and protect the company business interests

Manage the transversal projects function, impacting activities of French Paris office as well as schemes with the TPAs and business partners (regulatory and business topics).

Qualifications:

- Fluent in French and English
- Proven experience 5 years in audit and control environment,
- Successful experience in management, 5 years
- Knowledge in Health insurance
- Excellent organisational skills
- High Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor deadlines
- Significant professional experience in a in a fast paced, multinational environment
- Solution-oriented, source of proposal,
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Good understanding of business fundamentals
- Team player, commitment and cooperation,
- Demonstrable experience in interacting with Customers, Board / Senior Management
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
