Internship: SAP Car Fleet Administrator

**What you'll do**
- Supporting and shaping proactively Global Car Fleet's strategies (e.g. being an innovative fleet, process standardization/automation and sustainability e.g. 2025 Global Car Fleet strategy etc.)
- Responsible for preparing reports for different stakeholders, accounting reasons and management
- Administration of car leasing contracts
- Responsible for daily tasks related to car fleet management (supporting end to end process - from ordering a car to car return process)
- Contact person to leasing providers and/or manufactures, insurance companies, car dealers as well as local stakeholders like HR, Procurement, Finance etc

**What you bring**
- Student in Bsc or Msc in Management, CSR or Facility Management
- High customer orientation with motivation to satisfy the company car dirvres
- Proactive thinking and capacity to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Support in the domain of sustainability and our transition to emission free fleet
- Communication in French and English to support the drivers and exchange with other internal and external stakeholders

**Duration of internship**: 4/6 months
**Start date**: march/april 2025
In accordance with the French legislation, for any duration over 2 months, this internship is paid in line with the SAP gratification grid.

- The CoE Global Car Fleet Team has been created to manage the SAP car fleets in more than 40 countries with more than 10.000 company cars.
- The team’s priority is to offer our employees the best possible service.
- It is the team’s responsibility to ensure that reporting requirements are met, work cost-effectively, standardize and automate the global processes and transform the car fleet to make it more sustainable in the future.
- At SAP France, there are approx. 600 company cars.
- The team at SAP France consists of 2 members who take care of both the operational and the strategic part of the car fleet department.
